The induction heating can be versatile used. Hardly borders are not set to the spectrum of applications. Beside the well-known applications there are applications, like:

  • brazing and soldering
  • Coat from metallic parts with plastics and/or metals
  • Welding
  • stick and sea
  • Dry after color treatments
  • Burn from ceramic and/or sinter materials
  • remelting and pulling special glasses and glass ceramics
  • Adding processes, shrink and Ausschrumpfen of camps, stators in box,
  • Casting in castingretainer etc..
  • Preheat for welding
  • Glow processes, e.g. glowing of weld seams and further

Each case of application is bound to specific conditions and process engineering possibilities and must be examined, because not everything that is technically running is economically also reasonable.

The inductors, achievements and frequencies are to be specified; often practical attempts are helpful and also necessary thereby.
