Induction systems are implemented predominantly in water cooling and can be attached directly to the cooling water net of the customer. As general nominal values are considered: - Inlet temperature: max.35°C - min.15°C
- Differential pressure between advance and return: 4bar
- max. advance pressure: 10bar
- the cooling water quantity is dependents on achievement
It is to be considered: If the pressure ratios or the quality of the cooling water do not correspond to the necessary requirements, we recommend a separate plant cooling circle closed in itself, which is attached over water/water – heat conductor to the cooling water net of the customer for our equipment technology. The heat exchanger ensures a clear qualitative separation of the plant cooling water from the net water; a pressure pump provides for constantly good cooling conditions. If the customer does not have a cooling water net, self-sufficient coolers can be offered. As a function of the conditions and requirements that can be a compressor cooler (refridgerator) or a with Glycol - water mixture working external radiator. In both cases it concerns closed cooling circles. Cooling technology can be upgraded within the scope of plant modernizations. | | Scheme of a cooling circuit | | | Cooling water junction with sensors | | |
